Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using WorkWise. They govern your access to and use of all WorkWise applications and services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any WorkWise application or website (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

WorkWise provides a suite of free productivity tools including, but not limited to, an Expense Manager, Smart Planner, and AI Agents. All tools are provided free of charge. We reserve the right to introduce new features, modify existing features, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Service. By using WorkWise, you represent that you meet this age requirement. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these terms.

4. Acceptable Use

  • You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful or prohibited purpose.
  • You agree not to attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its related systems.
  • You agree not to use the Service to transmit spam, malware, or any harmful content.
  • You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
  • You agree not to use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Service in a way that places excessive load on our infrastructure.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and trademarks associated with WorkWise are the property of WorkWise and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written permission. Your own data (expenses, tasks, etc.) remains your property at all times.

6. User Data

WorkWise applications store your data locally in your browser by default. We do not claim ownership over data you create or input into our tools. You are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your data. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle any data that is transmitted to our servers.

7. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services. These integrations are provided for convenience only. WorkWise is not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or reliability of any third-party service. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. WorkWise does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, WorkWise shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, or any other losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless WorkWise, its contributors, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

11. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.
